科目三换挡，对于初次学车的学员来说，一项艰难的工程，十分考验手脚的配合协调度。其实挂挡是一定要有节奏，也有一定的技巧性。科目三怎么换挡?记住以下5点就够了!
1、要熟练离合器的踩踏 ，多练习，要稳。养成好的习惯，一脚踩到底，缓慢释放。
2、要做到油门与离合器的配合，起步时先挂一档，缓慢释放离合器，在半离合状态加油门，等车子动起来才把离合器全部释放。
3、要掌握换档的时机，当发动机转速在2000转左右换档，先减油门然后再踩下离合器，这样离合器就不会被强制脱开，然后换挡。进档顺序一定要是一档--二档--三档--四档--五档，不推荐跳档，减档顺序按车速，根据自己车子的情况，一般发动机转速低于1500转左右就要减档。
4、车子行驶过程中要勤换档，根据车速和路况选择合适的档位，如果换档不勤，很容易使车子拖档，增加汽车的磨损和费油，所以一定要养成勤换档的习惯。
5、换档的动作要连贯，离合器要一脚到底，挂挡也要一步到位，要多熟悉档位，要多练习手感，如果遇到无法上档的情况(现在的汽车很少遇见)，挂空档松一下离合器，然后重新踩下离合器，就可以上档了，如果档位没有到位，不要送开离合器，那样很容易磨损变速齿轮。
